Brief information about modeling and interface examples


Constructing a model starts from defining the sets of resources. Their being operated with is the essence of all other mechanisms functioning. Resource consumption is comprised in the requirement to satisfy every motive (realization of its action), for instance, the resource of the time spent carrying on the action to possess the motivator. It is admissible to undertake efforts in the set period of time, that is, the efforts aimed to realization the limited number of motives.

Along with unrenewable (but consumed) resource-consuments (as temporal that is given as an average subject's life expectancy) there are alse nonconsumed (but not infrequently renewable) resources-presentors, for instance — the very resource of own abilities, intellectual level, other features. These resources play an important role while choosing a relative action to realize a motivator. The resource-presentor reflects the level of possibilities that do not diminish during carrying on an action, for instance — presence of space to carry on an action or own intellectual level.

Certain resources have constantly been diminishing (for example, physiological resource of need of nourishing substances) that results in stimulation of aims responsible for their control. This parameter, intensity of need of resource and resistability to the tension subject emerged as a result of lack of it are set by the aim configuration. Stimulation the motivation aim is carried on either by means of automatic diminishing of the resource controlled by it or resorting to the method of formula: Tension = Need / Amount, though the final value is influenced be a few parameters more. One of them is the degree of realizing the aim. The latter depends, in its turn, on regularity of its stimulation.

More often than not the resource itself is the abstract substance. Operating it is mediated by the motivators representing this resource. Including the motivator in the list of the concrete aim realization (its resource is represented its relative element) takes place after familiarizing the subject with this motivator. The more successful is the motivator in its every achievement the better mastered it is. The future experience sees shortening the time of this achievement.

As not abstract intentions of the subject should be the result of simulation but definition of those concrete actions that will be undertaken by it to realize these intensions the set of the model's substances was added to with the object called "Action" relating goal resources-producents (characterising the motivator) with resources consuments needed for its realization. Just as the motivators satisfying the aim are determined by the context the actions leading to realization of each relative motivator also depend on the context being "tied to, put in" the description of each motivator. One and the same motivator may be realized in several ways (actions).

While looking for the way of satisfying the stimulated aim the choice of the motivator and action is taken according to the principle of the goal being rationally achieved. According to this principle the energy of stimulating should realize maximum of resource-producents most needed by now. This realization is carried on with the help of consuming the minimum of resources-consuments in the soonest possible time. The criterion for the optimal choice of the "motivator+action" pair is the summary value of satisfaction, that is, obtained from the entire channel being constructed for achieving the goal (the estimation is effectuated during generating the channel and is repeated before its completion allowing for the opportinuty to replace the channel with the change of inner and exterior conditions). It is worth mentioning that the untrivial mechanism of finding and selecting the solution best suited for the subject has been applied in the model. The state of its inner motivation environment and exterior condition for its realization have been taken into account.

The context mentioned above is the classified complex of motivators unified with common parameters of place-time action accessible for the subject without taking the additional efforts. The context itself however may be characterized with the set of "carrying" resources. The latter are needed for "switching over" to it by means of introducing the additional (as a rule one-time) carrying resources-consuments for the subjects interested in operating its motivators. For instance the context "higher school" may include "enrolment" as carrying resource. It can be replenished with various actions — both with realization of motivation "test note entering" and spending money resource for it as an alternativetely. It results in accessibility ot the a "specialist's diploma" needed as a consument (or a carrying resource), in its turn, in the context "working positions". In course of his life activities the subject invariably and constantly changes the contexts because neither of them is able to comprise all motivators needed for satisfying his motivation aims.

In its turn, the group of context accessible to the subject along with other subjects (the model allows for dealing with the "statists" as social environment, not being elaborated with algorithms but, at the same time, representing the motivation substances) forms the whole unit of simulation called "Sequence". Actually it is the model comprising the completed and absolute description of all substances of motivation system of the individual (he also being the integral part of this model).

The complete information on the subject is presented in the proper form provided for monitoring the state of all his motivation aims, assimilated motivators and actions, frequency of their application and other parameters.

The most informative part for monitoring the subject's inner world is the one where there is the hierarchy of the motivation aims as the formed structure of motivation energetics channeling.

Some settings of simulation have been put on the separate form. It is obvious most of the adaptation parameters can be monitored in process of simulation. One can also set periods of autosaving of the system state being simulated (to ensure repetory run with substances manually corrected). Ego-Conception can even be excluded from the subject's inner world (reducing his functioning herewith to the vegetative form of existence).

Conclusion

The document in view is not a detailed description of the concept that unified opinions of the above mentioned psychologists (and many other ones). Nor is it a detailed operation instruction for simulation instruments "Melos" (leitmotif, lat.) created upon its basis. In case of this document has aroused any interest you are welcome to ask for any materials related.

The last but not least it should be said the program model, its inner algorithms are open to any alterations and addidions. In case the persons interested in the instrument express the desire to improve the present system retaining its entity and functionality intact we are ready to meet that need. The first simulation experience proved to be the instrument of the high potential and to have a good perspective. It can as well be applied in many psychological schools.
